"We asked John to teach a sushi rolling class for our daughter's engagement party. We had a blast! John is a master chef, engaging, funny and a very good teacher. We rolled our own sushi and enjoyed eating it as well as the sushi John prepared for us. It was one of our favorite family gatherings. "
